Anna Vellutini Bergquist

Age 94 of Golden Valley went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, June 1, 2025. Preceded in death by husband, Rollin Lorenzo; and brother, Oreste. Survived by daughters, Catherine Joy (Gregory) Lowery and Cindy Bergquist; nieces and nephews in CA and IL. After WWII Anna traveled alone by ship to join her family in Kankakee, IL where she met her husband and started a family. She was a loving mother, a wonderful cook and gracious hostess. She cherished opera, the theatre, and singing-both in church and with the 'Treble Tones.' Anna was stylish, always dressed for the occasion and steadfast in her faith, praying daily for her daughters.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Thursday, June 5 at The Church of St. Mary of the Lake, 105 N. Forestview Lane, Plymouth. Visitation 1 hour prior to Mass at church. Entombment Gethsemane Mausoleum. Memorials preferred to The Church of St. Mary of the Lake.
