Barbara Johanna Cmiel

Barbara Johanna (nee Haeger) Cmiel, 60, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 28, 2024. 

She was a devoted wife, selfless mother and a strong Catholic. She took pride in her work as a Master Pastry Chef. 

Barbara is survived by husband, Christopher; children, Jeremy (Renee and Hadley), Christina (Patrick) Olownia, Selena Cmiel (Patrick Milton) and Joseph (Kess and Finley); granddaughter, Lydia Olownia; expected granddaughter, Dakota Milton. She is also survived by siblings, Gerda (Scott) Carlson, Dorothea Bowar, Marian (Dan) LeSage, Wilhelm Haeger, George (Kari) Haeger and Michael (Carolyn) Haeger; in-laws, John Cmiel, Gregory (Sally) Cmiel and Peter (Angel) Cmiel; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

 Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Wed., July 3 at the Church of St. Raphael, 7301 Bass Lake Rd, Crystal, with interment following in Gethsemane Cemetery. 

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM Tues., July 2, with a Prayer Service at 7:30, at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N (@ Vicksburg Lane), and again one hour prior to Mass Wed. AT CHURCH.
