Barbara J. Courts

Barbara age 85 of St. Louis Park passed away November 11, 2016.

Preceded in death by husband, Robert.

Survived by sons, Steven (Stephanie), Douglas; daughter, Robin Best; grandsons, Brandon & Benjamin Best; sisters, Virginia Koun & Patricia Kelley (Verne); nieces and nephews.

Barbara retired after 31 years of elementary teaching, 54 year member of AAUW and she has been a member of Union Congregational since 1968. She loved her family, traveling the world and sharing her experiences. Barbara and Robert were huge basketball and sports fans.  Go Gophers!

Memorial service Friday, November 18, 2016, 10:00 am at Union Congregational United Church of Christ, 3700 Alabama Ave S, St. Louis Park, MN.  Visitation Thursday 5 to 7pm at Gearty-Delmore Park Chapel, 3960 Wooddale Ave S. and also 9 am Friday at church.
Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
