Madsen, Bert E., age 79 of St. Paul passed away 6/1/2018. Preceded in death by wives, Carol and Dorothy "Dottie"; daughter, Vicki; and grandson, Jessi Betts. Survived by sons, Michael and Kelly (Julie); grandchildren, Jonie Betts, Brandon Miller, and Katrina Madsen; great-grandson, Jordan Betts; siblings, Everett (Janet), Larry (Laurel), Ann Gannong, Val, and Dave; other relatives and friends. Memorial service Monday (6/18), 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at Elim Lutheran Church, 3978 W. Broadway, Robbinsdale.
