Beverly Kozak
Beverly Kozak, age 85 of Mpls., passed away Nov. 24, 2017.
She was preceded in death by husband Joseph, son Timothy and daughter Paula Kozak.
Survived by children Carleen (Tim) Murphy, Susan (Peyton) Robb, Michelle (Daniel) Graziano; daughter-in-law Janice Kozak; grandchildren Shannon Swanson (Dwight), Beth Maikkula (Eric), Erin Hawkins (Ryan), Jason Kozak (Katrina), Joshua Kozak (Rachel), Alex Robb, Christina Robb, Michael Graziano, Olivia Graziano & Anthony Schultz; 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment Hillside Cemetery.
