Billy Ray Maddox, age 75 of Mpls, formerly Miami, passed away February 20, 2021. Survived by wife, Connie; daughters, Patricia Maddox-Fleming, Michelle Maldonado, Crystal Boer, Victoria Maddox; son, Thomas Draper; granddaughters, Arianna, Alexa, Lena and Cara; sisters, Linda and Jackie; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by son, Billy Ray Jr. Billy was a proud Vietnam Veteran and honorable VFW life member. He was also a member of Prince Hall Freemasonry. Billy will be buried at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery with full military honors at 1:00 Tuesday, March 2. The family will gather for a visitation 11-12 Tuesday, March 2 at Gearty-Delmore Chapel. 15800 37 th Ave. N., Plymouth.
