Carol A. Walmsley

Carol A. Walmsley, 90, of Brooklyn Park, formerly of Child Lake, Hackensack, died Monday, November 14, 2022 at her son's home in Brooklyn Park.

Carol was born April 6, 1932 in Minneapolis, MN to Edward M. and Alice H. (Yale) Sander.  She was united in marriage to Donald F. Walmsley on December 19, 1953 in Minneapolis.  She had a number of different jobs, but her vocation was raising her family.

Carol was preceded in death by husband, Donald; parents; brothers, Dean, Fred and Donald; sister, Bernice; great grandson, Jack.

She is survived by children, Diane (Tom) Hasser and Steve (Laurie); grandchildren, Renee (Matthew Sr), Ryan (Jenny), Emily and Grace; great grandchildren, Matthew Jr, Amelia, Flannery, Laura, Evan, Kyle and McKenna.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Monday, November 21 at the Church of St. Gerard Majella, 9600 Regent Ave N. Brooklyn Park, MN with visitation one hour prior to Mass.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Church of St. Gerard.
