Cynthia M. Andrews

Cindy Andrews, age 69 of Hamel, MN, passed away unexpectedly on April 7th 2026. She was born on October 3, 1956 in Wayzata MN to parents LeRoy and Eileen (Jackson) Barrett.

She was preceded in death by her parents LeRoy and Eileen Barrett.

Surviving are her sisters Sandy (Dana) Nelson and Gigi (Steve) Peecher: nieces and nephews Nate, Brandon, Nerissa, Danielle and Leah: great nieces, nephews and other relatives and great friends.

Cindy graduated from Wayzata High School in 1974. She went on to get her cosmetology degree. Over the years Cindy owned her own beauty salons and started a successful gardening company, Garden Creations. Cindy was such a hard worker, she really enjoyed traveling; one of her favorite places was Jamaica. Among numerous things she enjoyed watching the wildlife in her backyard and loved her pets over the years. Her surviving cats were her babies, they are now in loving homes.

A celebration of Life will be held at Inn Kahoots on Friday April 24th, 3-6 pm 45 Hamel Rd Hamel, MN. Interment will take place at 12 pm Saturday April 25th, 2026 at the Livonia Cemetery in Livonia Town Ship (Zimmerman, Mn)
