Dave Parks Funeral Service

age 58 of Plymouth passed away August 28, 2025 from complications of cardiac arrest. He will be forever in the hearts of his wife, Nicole; children, Hailey and Carson; parents, Daniel and Millie; brothers, Dan (Tracy), Doug (Brenda); sister, Dee (Jerry) Oscarson; father and mother-in-law, Jake and DeDe Jacobusse and many more family members and friends.

Funeral Service 4pm Wednesday, September 3 at Vision of Glory Church, 13200 Hwy 55 in Plymouth. Visitation 1 hour prior to service at church. Interment German-Liberal Cemetery, Medina. Memorials are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project or MN Adult and Teen Challenge.
