Survived by sons, Cory Johnson, Cullen (Trina) Johnson, Cardell (Kim) Johnson; stepson, Brent (Kelly) Boland; stepdaughter, Jennifer Dobie; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; 3 siblings; nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial Service 11 AM Saturday, Dec 20 at Gearty-Delmore Chapel of Plymouth, 15800 37th Ave. N. with visitation beginning at 10 AM.
