Donald Louis Laurent
Passed away at home surrounded by family on April 4, 2019 at age 90. Don was a lifetime Hamel resident.
Survived by children, Lil (Mark) Hofflander, Sandra (Bob) Sorensen, Connie (Doug) Marsh, Karen (Craig) Fobes, Dale (Elisa) Laurent, Sally (Tim) Proels, Jon (Lisa) Laurent, Jennifer (Tom) Boudreau and their mother Nancy Rasmussen; 24 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sisters, Margie (Richard) Jacobs, Joanne (Ron) Weidenbach; brothers, Bob Laurent and Tony (Avis) Laurent.
Preceded in death by parents, Arthur and Lena; sisters, Lorraine Laurent, Millie VanBusekom, Viola Galzki; brothers, Gil, Ray and Harold.
Visitation 5-8 pm Tuesday with 7:00 PM sharing of memories at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Avenue North.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am Wednesday at the Church of St. Anne, 200 Hamel Road, Hamel. Interment St. Anne’s Cemetery.
