Dorothy M. Welter, 98, of St. Louis Park, passed away February 25, 2021.

Preceded in death by husband, Bernard.  Survived by daughters, Patricia (Tim) Barrett, Diana (Rob) Orantes and Linda (Bob) Penney; grandchildren, Robert (Anna), Christina (Ryan), Kimberly “Chris”, Thomas (Aliza), Michael (Karin), Andrew (Leslee), Ashley and Ryan (Kristin); great-grandma to 9 children.

Private Mass was held at Holy Family Catholic Church with interment at Fort Snelling. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Louis Park STEP Food Shelf.
