Douglas L. Lenhart, age 72 of Otsego, passed away February 17, 2024.

Doug is survived by his children, Douglas (DJ) Lenhart, Natalie (Doug) Ekberg, Joseph (Nikki) Lenhart, Samuel Lenhart; grandchildren, Hunter Lenhart, Dylan Lenhart, Mackenzie Lenhart, Parker Lenhart, Izabella Ekberg, and Liam Lenhart; siblings, Michael Lenhart, Soozie Grey; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Agnes Lenhart; brother, Jimmy Lenhart; and grandson, Jake Lenhart.

Doug was born March 28, 1951, in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. He grew up in North Minneapolis and attended North High, where he lettered in wrestling. Doug was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved spending time with his family and he was very passionate about St. Jude’s and ASPCA.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 22, 2024, preceded by an hour of visitation at the Church of St. Joseph the Worker, 7180 Hemlock Ln N, Maple Grove. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 21 from 4-7 p.m. at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Home, 15800 37th Ave N, Plymouth. Interment at Gethsemane Cemetery.
