Drew Thomas Perez

Drew Thomas Perez, 33, Minneapolis, passed away unexpectedly on November 2, 2022. Survived by his mother, Shelley Zimmerman, father Daniel Perez Sr, brother DJ, sister Rylie, uncle, Tony Perez, grandmother Maureen Lundquist, grandfather Ron, and grandmother Diane Perez as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Preceded in death by great grandparents Cos and Loretta Egan, and Midell and Lou Lundquist, and grandfather Thomas Drew Lundquist. Born July 10, 1989, Drew graduated from Princeton high school in 2008 before beginning a career in the service industry. Drew’s death ended a long struggle with mental illness, and while his passing is devastating to those he leaves behind, we are proud of how hard he battled his disease and eternally grateful for the love, fun, and wonderful times we shared with our beloved Drew while he lived.

Funeral mass on Wednesday, November 16 at 11 am at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Rogers, MN 55374. Visitation at 10 am.  Luncheon to follow.
