Eugene Frank Schneider

Schneider, Eugene Frank, 95 of North Minneapolis passed away May 2, 2018.  Preceded in death by wife, Lorraine; granddaughter, Leslie; parents, John and Eugenia; siblings, John, Delores, and James; and son-In-law, Randy.  Survived by children, Carol DeVries, Louise (Phil) Engel, Paul (Linda), Joan (Jim) Burkett, Mark (Suzanna), Mike (Jean), Tom (Margaret), Joe, and Mary (Dave) Hauge; 21 grandchildren, 11 +++ great-grandchildren; brothers, Frank (Marlene) and Stan (Marcia); many nieces and nephews.  Eugene was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII and Korea, a member of the Holy Name Society and a longtime employee of Honeywell.  Memorial Mass of Christian Burial Monday (5/14), 1 PM with visitation 11-1 PM at the Church of the Ascension, 1723 Bryant Ave. North, Mpls.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Friends of Ascension Catholic Grade School.
