Eunice D. Kozlik
Eunice D. Kozlik, 93, of Crystal, re-united with her husband, Robert on Monday, May 7, 2018.
She was a wonderful wife and mother; family was so very important to her.
Preceded in death by husband, Robert; parents, Henry and Dorothy Kohn; brother, Kenneth; sisters, Thelma and Ruth.
Survived by daughters, Karen (Jerry) Johnson and Mary Peterson; grandchildren, Danielle, James, Andrew, Teri and Kelly; 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation after 9am at Church. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
