Survived by children, Dianne Cook, Roger (Linda), James and Scott (Stephanie); step-daughter, Joyce Burns; grandchildren, David, Darla, Jeff, Steve, Stacy, Michael, Daniel and Kaitlyn; great-grandchildren, Christopher and Kacee; sister, Dorothy Ann Cooley; sister-in-law, Ann Blau; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Private interment Gethsemane Cemetery.
Visitation one hour prior to the service.
