Francis T. Widmer, age 88 of Robbinsdale, passed away November 2, 2020.
Survived by wife Janet; daughters Anne Wilson (Chad Anderson), Becky Haapanen (Brian) & Sue Zarling (Darrick); grandchildren Andrea & Elizabeth Wilson, Joey Haapanen, Laura Limmer (Jordan), Aaron, Andrew & Allison Zarling; sisters Elaine Wandschneider and Mary Klein; sisters-in-law Edith and Joanna Widmer, and Rita Maiser; brother-in-law Mark (Dawn) Rademacher.
Preceded in death by brothers Sidney, Jerome, Harold, Norman, Carl, John & Godfrey Widmer.
Francis was a U.S. Army Veteran, a member of Westphal American Legion, Crystal K of C. and a long-time active member of Sacred Heart parish.
Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday at the Church of the Sacred Heart, 4087 W. Broadway, Robbinsdale.
Visitation at church 10 AM Friday.
Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
Memorials preferred to Sacred Heart Church.
