age 79 of Golden Valley, passed away on November 5, 2023. Gene is survived by children, Jacqueline Magras-Sinnen and her husband, Christopher, Patrick Magras and his wife, Amy, Benjamin Magras and his wife, Stephanie; grandchildren, Alexander and Nicole Sinnen, Gabriela (Riley) and Sage Magras, Ava and Sam Magras; siblings, Harry Magras and his wife, Florie, Roy Magras, Beverly Magras and Jalma Magras. He is preceded in death by son, Christopher Magras; parents, Edward and Marie Magras; siblings, Richard, Louis, Charlie, Jerry and Edward Magras. Funeral Service 4:30 PM Sunday, November 12, 2023, at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Chapel 3888 West Broadway Avenue Robbinsdale, MN 55422. Visitation starting at 3:00 PM at the funeral home. A luncheon reception will follow the funeral service at the funeral home as well. Interment will take place at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, with Military Honors on Monday, November 13, at 9:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you consider making a donation to the American Cancer Society or the Salvation Army of St. Thomas USVI .
