Jack Robert Loso, age 19, of Robbinsdale MN, was born December 24th, 2003, on his mother’s birthday. Jack’s early childhood was spent with his older sister Bailey in a playful and imaginary world: epic lightsaber battles, sibling spy missions, and a never-ending rivalry expressed through DSI and Wii games. Young Jack also found joys in building Legos, catching inch worms and toads, and occasionally putting things up his nose. This was how Jack expressed himself, through exhibiting a recurrent passion to learn, to experience, and to try.
Jack was and remained a patient and willing learner as he grew, throwing himself into activities for the sake of experiencing them. He had a patience and love for ordinary things, and rarely experienced boredom. He found loves in baseball, basketball, skateboarding, exploring nature, video games, playing and listening to music, and even mastering the art of the yo-yo and card tricks at one point. In these activities, Jack found kinship with two of his best friends Diego and Martin. Despite being considered one of the quietest friend groups of all time, Jack could frequently be heard shouting “DUDE” from his room when these friends didn’t match his level of passion while playing video games like Apex Legends, Rocket league, Fortnite, and more.
Outwardly, Jack was private, clever, and sarcastic with a wickedly dry sense of humor. Those that got the pleasure to know him deeper saw that his affections toward others were most often expressed through gracious actions rather than his words. Above all, Jack was a kind and gentle man of faith in both virtue and in gesture. He had a peaceful heart, a quiet nature, and a goofy personality. A wonderful boy turning into a strong man was taken from us far too soon, but God picked a beautiful place to call him up.
We love you Jack.
Green days.
Deep deep in the sea.
Cool and quiet fish.
That’s me.
