Jeffrey Phillip Jones

59, passed away at home on Friday, July 11, 2025. He was born to parents Lyle Phillip Jones and Judy Elaine Falk on July 5, 1966, in Plainfield, NJ. Jeffrey, who went by Jeff, was preceded in death by both parents. 

Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 30 years; Heather, children; Erin, Mitchell, and Alexander Busch (Munich, Germany), stepfather; John (Mary Erickson) Hemak, and stepsiblings; Lisa (Chris) White, David (Jen) Hemak, and Lara Hemak. 

Jeff will be remembered by his family and friends as a man of few words, though when he did speak, he was forever making the people around him laugh with a humor that was, somehow, both goofy and quick-witted. He will also be remembered for his passion, dedication, and commitment to his 25+ year career at United Natural Foods, Inc. 

A memorial gathering in Jeff’s honor will be held for his family and friends on Monday, July 21, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Gearty-Delmore Funeral Chapel, 3960 Wooddale Ave. S., St. Louis Park, MN 55416. A memorial dinner from 5:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. will follow at Park Tavern, 3401 Louisiana Ave. S., St. Louis Park, MN 55426.
