Jennifer Christine Opheim (Horn)

Jennifer passed away on January 21st at the age of 45 after a long battle with unsoundness of the mind. Preceded in death by father, Daniel Horn; and sister, Angela Horn. Survived by mother, Kathy Horn; children: daughter, Brittany Lennox (Alex); son, Austin Opheim; daughter, Hailey Opheim; grandchildren, Ava and Grayson Lennox. She will be deeply and forever missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will beheld on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Home, 3888 W. Broadway, Robbinsdale. A visitation will begin at 1:00 PM with the service starting at 2:00 PM. A reception will follow at 4309 Twin Oak Lane, Robbinsdale.
