John P. Roddy
John, age 94 of St. Therese Home in New Hope, MN, passed away peacefully June 4, 2017.
Preceded in death by wife
of 56 years
Mabel
and sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Bob Delmore.
Survived by daughter Catherine Mason, son Kevin (Su
san
) Roddy, daughter Diane (Jim) LaLuzerne; grandchildren William, Rachel, Joseph and Anna.
John was a 42 year employee of the Soo Line Railroad. He served as Past Grand Knight and was the Recording Secretary for many years for the St. Louis K of C Council #3949. John was also a member of the St. Louis Park VFW #5632.
Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday, June 16 at the Church of the Sacred Heart, 4087 W. Broadway, Robbinsdale.
Visitation Thursday June 15, 5-8 PM with 7 PM rosary at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway and Friday at church one hour before Mass.
Interment St Patrick’s Cemetery, Maple Grove.
Memorials preferred to Minneapolis Children’s Hospital
7 pm Rosary Thursday night. 9 am visitation also Friday at Church.
