Survived by beloved wife, Diane; children, Adam, Gregg (Michele), Linda and Joseph; grandchildren, Shelby, Meghan and Joshua; mother, Barbara; sister, Jenny (Kevin) Sullivan; niece, Haley; nephews, Brady and Connor; sisters-in-law, Joanne (Gwen) and Georgeanne (Dale); brother-in-law, Tom (Jennifer).
Preceded in death by daughters, Emily and Angela; father, Frederick.
Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
Visitation will also one-half hour prior to the service at the Lakewood Cemetery Chapel.
