John J. Thole

John J. Thole, age 95 of Minneapolis, died peacefully on December 2, 2017.

John was a kind and gentle man and a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Preceded in death by an infant son, John; granddaughter, Emily Swanson; grandson, Christopher Thell; sisters, Mary, Frances (Connors), Adeline; brother, Frank and son-in-law, Rick Rodine.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Betty of 69 years; children, Teresa Thell (Rudy), Catherine Swanson, Tim Thole, Mary Beth Rodine and Joan Ott (Dennis); grandchildren, Anne Marie, Andrew, Ingrid, David, Thomas, Samantha, Jennifer, Ashley, Hannah, John and Charlie; 6 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Mass Thursday, December 14th, 9:30 A.M. at St. Therese at Oxbow, 5200 Oak Grove Parkway, Brooklyn Park.

Memorials are preferred to Ascension Catholic School or Sharing and Caring Hands.
