85, of Minnetonka, formerly of St. Paul, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016.
John was a caring father, grandfather, and friend that enjoyed reading, movies, and conversing with people.
He is survived by children, John, Mike, Patricia (Scott) Nordahl, Jim (Nichole), Sharon (Jim) Minch and Tim (Stephanie); nine grandchildren, Ashley, Kellie, Timothy, Jackson, Candace, Travis, Dallas, Makena and Cal; sisters, Patricia (Joe) Myles and Wendy (Grenville) Winslow; close friend, Ginger Carlson; other relatives and friends.
Visitation one hour prior to the service.
