Survived by husband, Robert; daughters, Jodi Osthus and Mollie Stier (Dan Piontek); son, Martin Higgins; grandchildren, Jayna (Robert) Due, Cassandra Higgins, Noah and Eva Higgins; great-grandchildren, Sophie and Maisie Due; sister, Joan Hogan; sister-in-law, Carol Walsh.
Preceded in death by son, Bob; siblings, Martin, Bereniece, Fr. Dan Walsh and Kenneth Walsh.
Josephine was the past president of the National Association for Pro-Life Nurses.
Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights.
