Formerly of Crystal.
Survived by daughters Joey (Richard) Waters and Jackie (Brandon) Dobratz; grandchildren Brooklynn, Addison and Annie; mother Pat Bastian; former husband and friend, John Henry Berg; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Duane (Pam) Berg, Nancy Schoening, Joan (Peter) Bednarczyk and Bruce (Sue) Berg; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; friend of the family Ryan Berndt.
Preceded in death by son Jeffery; dad Dick Bastian; sister-in-law Audrey (Jack) Thomas; and brother-in-law Larry Schoening.
Private interment Gethsemane Cemetery, New Hope.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.
