Kathy S. Hardin

Kathryn "Kathy" S. Hardin of Minnetonka went to be with her Lord and Savior May 4, 2021 at age 77. A first-class storyteller, Kathy loved her family deeply and took great pride in their accomplishments. Kathy is survived by Mac, her husband of 37 years; son Kevin (Jenny); brothers, David Smith (Lynda), Bob Smith (fiancee Connie); and sister, Lynn Roehl. Preceded in death by daughter Sheryl; parents Virgil and Leona Smith; sisters Virginia Smith, Donetta Gillstrom; and brothers Ronald Smith and Kenny Smith. Special thanks to Kathy’s nephew, Chad Smith (Anne Smith), who with great-nieces Ella and Ava, and great-nephews Ben and Theo, brought Kathy deep joy. Also survived by many other loving nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.

Funeral at 2 pm Thursday, May 13 at Grace Lutheran Church, 18360 Minnetonka Blvd, Deephaven. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Interment: Groveland Cemetery in Minnetonka. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Minnetonka Rotary Club Foundation, PO Box 172, Hopkins, MN 55343.
