Kenneth "Ken" W. Sand

Kenneth “Ken” W. Sand age 80, of St. Louis Park.

Twice inducted into the Rock Country Hall of Fame, served in the airforce during the Vietnam War, a career working in electronics, retired from management in the early 2000s to spend his remaining years as a dedicated & hardworking employee for UPS. Devoted husband and father, always.

Survived by his loving wife, Paula; children, Eric Sand and Devona Sand; granddaughter, Isis Brown; brother, Melvin  Sand Jr. and his wife, Sharon; nieces, nephews and extended family.

Preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Melvin Sand Sr.; sister, Marlene Hanson.

Funeral service 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 22 at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Avenue South, Minneapolis.

Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
