Kevin John Phillips

Kevin John Phillips, age 62, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025.

Born June 23, 1962 in Minneapolis, Kevin was a graduate of Alabama State University and was an officer in the United States Air Force Reserve. Kevin was an avid sports fan and dedicated a large portion of his life to officiating youth athletics around the Metro area.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents, two sisters, an aunt, an uncle, a cousin, and two nieces.

Kevin is survived by his son Bryan Sullivan, four grandchildren, sisters, brothers and many dear relatives and friends.
