Kristina Lund

Kristina Lund, 53, of Lakeville passed away on Thursday May 30, 2024 surrounded by her family, friends and so much love.  

Kristina was a thoughtful, kind, and compassionate person who was committed to helping others in need, both professionally as a mental health social worker and personally as a wife, a mother, a daughter, and a sister.  

Kristina was an amazing person and words cannot express how much she meant to so many people.  She was selfless and amazingly strong.  She lit up a room with her smile.  She danced like nobody was watching.  She raised 3 young men in her image.  She enjoyed the small things as much as the big things.  This world is a better place because of Kristina.  She was, simply, the best.   

She will be greatly missed by her Husband, Tim; Her boys, Gavin, Dylan and Brandon; her mother and stepfather, Mary and Rick; and her entire family, all her friends, and co-workers.

Kristina is preceded in death by her father, Steve; sister, Kelley; and grandparents George and Pat Faue.

Memorial service will be 12pm Friday, June 7 at Farmington Lutheran Church 20600 Akin Rd, Farmington, MN 55024 with visitation 2 hours prior beginning at 10am.
