Lara Kathleen Bruno

age 54, of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025, after a courageous 10-year battle with cancer. 

Lara is survived by parents, Alan and Kathleen Johnson; husband, Matthew Bruno; sons, Hunter (Lydia Brecht) and Max Bruno; siblings, Kirsten Bighia (Jerry) and David Johnson (Melissa), Mark Bruno (Sharon), Michael Bruno (Jill), Mary Jo Wurzer (Brian); nieces and nephews, Lyndsey Bighia (Frank Bramlett), Sean Bighia, Ethan Johnson (Courtney Waterstreet), Gino Bruno, Samantha Bruno, Rian Wurzer (Amanda), Ashley Young (Pat), Melissa Bruno (Phil); great nieces and nephews, Anna, Laila, Luca, Jack, Levi, Lucy; lifelong friends, Tony, Melissa, Cameron, and Faith King. 

Visitation Tuesday, June 10, 5-7 PM at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway. Visitation also 10 AM Wednesday, June 11, 2025, with Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday at the Church of St. Gerard, 9600 Regent Ave N., Brooklyn Park.
