Lois Alvina (Cavanagh) Hagel

Preceded in death by parents Philip and Antonette (Weber) Cavanagh.

Survived by husband LeRoy; sister Eileen Cavanagh; children John, Diane Welch (Tony), Paul (Lori Dean); grandchildren Sara, Erin, Allison, Ashley, Christopher, and Emily; great grandchildren Drew, Patrick, Lucas and Chase.

Lois was a loving caring wife, mother, grand and great grandmother, and friend whose bright smile and spirit will be remembered by all. She spent countless hours sharing her talents and gifts with others as home economist, seamstress, educator, executive administrator with MN Dept of Education, and as a great neighbor.

Lois loved working with students and in later years knitted hundreds of mittens & caps for needy children. She was an exceptional problem solver and conversationalist, and will be greatly missed.
