Mae H Enfield

Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother died peacefully on Saturday, November 7, 2015, with family by her side. Born 9/12/18 in St. James, MN to Hilma and Carl Anderson, Mae was the second youngest and last surviving member of ten children. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 48 years, Chandos; 6 brothers and 3 sisters. Survived by daughters, Judith (David) Bakke of New Hope and Nancy (Steve) Reger of Champlin; grandchildren, Skott, Spencer (Jeani), Katy (Aaron), Roger (Rachel) and Shawn; great-grandchildren, Calahan, Amia, Lukas, Landon, Owen, Maely, Gabby, Sadie and Liam; sister-in-law, Georgia Schultz of Mankato, MN; special nieces, Carol Dolan of Plymouth, Linn Ron) Spitzack of Austin, TX; many nephews, cousins and close friends. She was baptized and confirmed at Augustana Lutheran Church in St. James, graduated from St. James High School in 1936 and attended Mankato Commercial College. Member of Bethlehem/River of Life Lutheran Church for over 50 years. Mae was an expert at sewing, knitting, baking (her favorite past-time) and she knew the secret to making a perfect batch of fudge. She always put her family before herself and enjoyed many years of volunteering thru church activities. We Love You Grandma!
