Marcia Ann Schneider (Floyd)


90 years old, born in Racine Wisconsin, married Stanley Schneider in 1967, moved to New Hope, Minnesota, until the Lord called her home on May 5, 2026, when she joined her parents, Russell and Freida Floyd.


Marcia is survived by her immediate family, husband, Stanley Schneider; son, Steven Schneider; daughter, Joy Fruetel (Greg Fruetel); four grandchildren, Ava, Taylor, Gabriel and Logan; brother, John Floyd and Richard Floyd, both of Racine Wisconsin.


Visitation Tuesday, June 9, 2026, 10 AM at St Joseph’s Parish Community, 8701 36th Avenue North, New Hope, MN, 55427. A Memorial Mass following the Visitation at 11 AM. Luncheon immediately following the Mass.


Marcia worked for Campbell-Mithun Advertising agency in downtown Minneapolis. She was active in the Catholic Church community for years. She served Holy Eucharist, sung in the choir, was active in community choirs as well. She loved to cook, bake, and tend to her beautiful flower gardens at her home. She took on the role of wife, mother and grandmother effortlessly with kindness and compassion.
