Margaret Jane Dawson

Margaret J. Dawson, age 85 of Plymouth, passed away May 24, 2024.

Margaret is survived by her sisters, Nancy Doerr and Helen Greenlee; long-time friend, Tom Staehle; cousin, Judy Viken; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, W. John Dawson.

Margaret was born March 23, 1939, to Greydon and Eva Owens. She grew up in Fargo, North Dakota and graduated from the University of Minnesota and received her master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio. Margaret was the director of Social Services at Sister Kenny and Abbot Northwestern Hospital for 40 years. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2024, at Messiah United Methodist Church, 17805 County Rd 6, Plymouth, MN.
