Marilyn C. Gjerstad,
age 86 of Maple Plain passed away Jan 11, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don; parents and brother. She is survived by children, Patricia Dechaine (Gary), Michael Gjerstad, Debra Gjerstad (Randy), Cynthia Reis (Joseph), Kathryn Gjerstad (Rod), Scott Gjerstad (Diane); 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Patricia Johnson and Geraldine Chesley; many nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Saturday at St. Joseph Parish Center, 8701 36th Ave. N., New Hope with visitation beginning at 9:00. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Mpls. Memorials preferred to the family, which will be gifted to the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Marilyn.
