Marta J. Shandorf

Marta J. Shandorf, age 20 of Robbinsdale, passed away unexpectedly May 25, 2023.

Marta is survived by her parents, Peter and Roberta Shandorf; sisters, Annie Shandorf and Liana Shandorf; aunt Ginny Hemerick, aunt and uncle Helen and Lee Miller; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rev. Fred D. and Miriam Shandorf; and Edwin and Martha Johnson; aunt Pamela Stout, and uncle, Donald Shandorf.

Marta was born on November 14, 2002, in Guiyang, China. She grew up in Robbinsdale, and graduated Armstrong High School in 2021. Recently, she began work as a teaching assistant at New Creation Day Care in Maple Grove. She loved this job, her students, and her co-workers. They made a great difference in her life. Marta loved being with her friends; her pets; driving her car; and her family’s north shore vacations in the summer.
