age 94, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. Passed away peacefully at The Glenn senior living facility on Friday, January 30. Preceded in death by husband Tony, parents, Maria and Sam, brother, Vincent, sister Francis, and nephews, Jeff, Mark and Joseph. Survived by children, Paul (Nancy) Battaglia, JoAnne (Brent) Anderson, Nancy Nash, Teresa Battaglia (Randy Paulson), Sara (Kevin) Aasgaard and Toni (Mike) Brandt; grandchildren, Christopher, Laura, Eric, Marissa, Mary, Kelsie, Billy, Lauren, Jack, Sawyer, Dylan, Ava and Angela; great grandchildren Alex, Marcus, Nicole, Elio, Arlen, and Juliet; and sisters Madeleine and Christine and sister-in-law Monica. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. A student of St. John's High School in Toronto Canada, and an Our Lady of Grace Church Volunteer of the Year. Mary was devoted to her family and her faith her entire life. Many thanks to the staff of The Glenn for their wonderful, compassionate care. Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of Our Lady of Grace, 5071 Eden Ave., Edina, Wednesday February 4, at 11:30a.m., with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Church of Our Lady of Grace and the Basilica of St. Mary Restoration Fund.
