MaryAnn May Hilger

MaryAnn May Hilger, age 93, formerly of N. Mpls (Brooklyn Center), passed away on November 8, 2022.

She proudly worked for Sunshine Biscuits for 49.5 years as a secretary of a sales office and, if you asked her, she’d tell you she ran the place. In her spare time, she was an accomplished bowler and horseshoe thrower, collecting many trophies throughout the years. Also, she enjoyed fishing and being with family at her cabin on the Briggs Chain of Lakes. Words cannot express our thanks and admiration to staff at Wealshire of Medina for giving her the best care over the last three+ years. You not only cared and loved her, but you made it her home.

MaryAnn will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by much loved siblings, Arnold (Beverly) Hilger, Arlene (Kenny) Edstrom and John (Dianne) Hilger, and will be greatly missed by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, as she was the BEST AUNT EVER. MaryAnn is preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Mary Hilger; brother, Elmer (Kathryn) Hilger.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday November 18, 2022, at Church of Ss. Peter and Paul 150 Railway St. E. Loretto, 55357. Visitation 1 hr. prior to Mass at church.
