Meredith Casement Nolan

Meredith Ellen (Casement) Nolan passed away November 24, 2025 at the age of 65 at her home in Plymouth, MN.

Meredith was born to Wilbur Eugene “Gene” and Marjorie D. (Martin) Casement 9/20/1960 in Wichita, KS. A 1978 Owasso, OK High School graduate, Meredith attended Oklahoma State University and worked extensively in the Oil and Gas industry training personnel on trading and logistics of Natural Gas and retired from Allegro ETRM after many years of leading Energy Trading and Risk Management software implementation teams.

Preceded in death by her parents, Meredith is survived by her devoted husband of almost 30 years, Richard J. Nolan; sister, Gail Ballinger of Owasso, OK; brothers, Brian Casement of Mannford, OK, Curtis Casement of Collinsville, OK, and Dan and Paula Casement of Stillwater, OK; niece, Cara Casement of Tulsa, OK; cherished “daughters”, Asina and her husband Tumay of Doha, Qatar and Praew and grand daughter, Nita of Bangkok, Thailand and numerous dear friends.

Meredith approached life’s challenges with prayer, hard work, professionalism and attention to detail. She was a woman of integrity; a faithful and generous woman, who believed in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and eternal life in Heaven with Him. Meredith worked at several companies learning Natural Gas trading and then leading trading desks for Cargill in Boston, MA and Houston, TX before leading software implementation teams and retiring from Allegro. Meredith met and fell in love with Rick while working at Cargill in Boston. She loved how he could always make her laugh.

Service in honor of Meredith will be held at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Chapel in Plymouth, MN on December 13, 2025 at 11 am with lunch to follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Park Nicollet Hospice at Methodist Hospital in St Louis Park, MN or your favorite charity in her name.

Meredith will be laid to rest in The Casement Cemetery in Sedan, KS.
