Michael "Mike" Jacobs
Age 74, passed away peacefully at home survived by loving family.
He is preceded in death by Mother Patricia, & father James Jacobs.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Patricia, “Pat” brother Mark “Jake” Jacobs, daughter Michelle (Dan) Blachfelner, son John (Haili) Jacobs. Grandchildren, David (Jolene) , Michael (Chelsea), Paige, Madelyn; Aiden. Great grandchildren, Hazel, Adelynn, Keith and bonus grandchildren Natalie & Brady.
Celebration of Mike’s Life will be held Saturday, October 30, 10:30 AM at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM.
Burial at Ft. Snelling at a later date.
Memorials preferred to North Hospice.
Mass of Christian Burial
