Mickey Charles Nelson

Nelson, Mickey Charles, age 56 of Ramsey passed away unexpectedly on May 17, 2017.  Devoted husband, father, and avid sportsman.  Preceded in death by parents, Janet and George Nelson; brother, Dan Nelson; and father-in-law, Stanley Meyers, Sr.  Survived by wife of 35 years, Ana; daughters, Marissa and Riley; siblings, George B. Nelson, Jr. (Lucy), Peg Werner (Nathan), Jean (Harve) Schoon, Jerry Nelson, Kristen Knock, Brian (Enza) Nelson, and Janet Nelson; mother-in-law, Ethel Meyers, brothers-in-law, Stan (Nancy), John (Jan), Harv, Jim (Linda), David (Renee), and Sid (Dana) Meyers; sister-in-law, Amy (John) Teske; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Founder of Trophy Anglers Tackle Co.  Mick was a Minnesota Moose and Soderville girl’s softball coach and a member of AGLOW.  Memorial service Friday (5/26), 11 AM with visitation 10-11 AM at Ham Lake Lion’s Park (large pavilion), 1220 157th Ave. NE, Ham Lake.  Please bring a lawn chair.
