Coone, Norm "Butch" A., age 64 of New Hope, passed away 11/10/21. Preceded in death by his father, Norman E. Coone. Survived by wife, Ann; daughter, Annie (Ryan) Luepke; son, Steve (Trish) Coone; step-children, Krissy (Keith) Dieruff, Joe (Stacey) McConnell and Patrick (Lindsey) McConnell; 17 grandchildren; mother, Jean Efron; brothers, Larry Coone, Paul (Vicki) Coone, niece, Chelsea Munter; and countless friends and relatives. Norm served as a volunteer assisting fellow amputees at the VA Hospital, and at his Catholic Church making people laugh and helping with whatever was needed. In death, Norm asked that he be remembered only as a struggling servant of God and that all who loved him never cease to pray for departed souls, including his. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday (11/13), 10:30 AM with Visitation starting at 9:30 AM at Epiphany Catholic Church, 1900 111 th Ave. NW, Coon Rapids; lunch will follow. Interment at Gethsemane Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the "Our Lady of the Epiphany Fund" at Epiphany Catholic Church.
