Preceded in death by beloved husband, LeRoy; sisters, Jane Sobolik and Joanne Spitzer; brother, Richard Cisewski.
Survived by children, Debora Kuharski (Ron), Karen, Steven (Tara), William, John (Nancy) and JoAnn Beyer (Damen Adams); grandchildren, Kim, Allyssa, Adriana, Aaron, Paige, D.J., Jessica, Amanda, Jason, Nikki, Katie, Billy and Jimmy; great-grandchildren, Ryley, Alarik, Alayla, John, Josh, Xavier and Alyce; brothers, Charles Hawley (Cheryl) and Robert Hawley; family and friends.
Patricia enjoyed playing Bingo and Farm-Town. She also loved to knit and crochet.
