Paula Swanson

Paula Swanson, age 69, of Plymouth, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 28, 2025. Paula was born on March 20, 1956, in Braham, Minnesota, to her loving parents, Duane and Donna Ledin.

For 32 dedicated years, Paula served as a compassionate and skilled nurse at Teenage Medical Services, where she touched the lives of countless young people with her caring nature and unwavering support.

Paula was a devoted, loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandma. Her family was the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them, especially the joy of summers at the cabin. She also had a passion for her Minnesota Twins and could often be found cheering them on. Her kindness and warmth radiated to all who knew her.

Paula was preceded in death by her father, Duane, and her sister, Sheila. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jeff; her children, Ben (Mallory) and Ashley Super (Marcus); and her adored grandchildren, Parker, Spencer, Luka, Olivia, Lennox, and Hayden.

A celebration of Paula's life will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM, with a visitation one hour prior, at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave. N., Plymouth, MN 55446. In lieu of flowers, Paula's family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, an organization close to her heart.
