Phyllis Slattery
Phyllis Doreen (Wobig) Slattery, age 94 of Plymouth, passed away on July 22, 2018.
Preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Jack; son Tony; brother Vern (Dee); and her parents.
Survived by children Jim (Glenna), Joan (Doug), Tim (Kathy), Jeff, Dave (Shelly); 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; brother Cliff (Donna); and many family and friends.
Very special thank you to the staff of Park Nicollet Hospice and Sholom Home West.
Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Visitation one hour prior to service.
