Survived by loving wife of 34 years, Karen; son, Tony; daughter, Nicole; mother, Ardith Gullickson; brothers, Brian (Evelyn) and Blaine (Cindy) Johnson; sister, Kim (Tom) Carstensen; sister-in-law, Sue (Wayne) LaForge; nephews and nieces, Chad (Beth) and Ryan LaForge, Callie (Nate) Aspen, Cassie Solberg, Evan and Nolan Johnson; great nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by father, Robert; and step-father, Keith Gullickson.
Memorial Service Tuesday 11:00 AM at Calvary Lutheran Church, 7520 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley, with visitation one hour prior to service.
Private interment.
Memorials to the American Cancer Society.
