Spence, Robert A., age 80 of Elk River passed away Jan. 12, 2017.  Survived by wife, Mayme; children, Bryan (Debra), Dale (Susan) and Annette (Frank) Weber; grandchildren, Kristine (Eric) Olson, Nicholas Spence, Andrew Spence, Ashley Spence, Aidan Weber and Mayme Weber; siblings, William, Deloris (Del) Layton, Rita (Lloyd) Johnston, Bernadette Heck, Monica Snedeker, and Margaret “Peggy” (Jerry) Henry; as well as many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by parents, Andrew and Hilda; in-laws, Kenneth Snedeker, William Heck and Joyce Spence.  Founder and owner of Bob’s Binding and Serging Inc.
